What time should I arrive?

The Registration Desk opens at 7:30am on Wednesday 1 June 2022.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. Please advise our forum organiser at info@nceif.com.au of the new name if you decide to transfer your ticket to a colleague.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please email questions to info@nceif.com.au. Our event team will reply as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, or you can use the paperless ticketing option available on the Eventbrite App. See link below

What's the refund policy?

We understand that these are ever changing times and you may be hesitant to book tickets to our Forum in the current environment.  However, you don’t need to stress with NCEIF’s Booking with Confidence Guarantee.  We will ensure that the event is COVID-safe and your registration is covered should the event be postponed or cancelled due to government restrictions. Special Assistance at Cloudland

We aim to do our best to accommodate guests with a disability. Should you require special assistance of any kind please let us know in advance so that we can assure that your visit is hassle-free and memorable.

I am coming with a group. How can I reserve seats?

Seats are on a first come, first served basis. Please tell your colleagues to arrive early if you have a group who would like to sit together.

What is our COVID safe policy?

NCEIF and Cloudland both have COVID safe policies in accordance with Queensland Government requirements.  We ask all attendees to social distance at the Forum. All attendees must download the Queensland Check in  app and check in to the venue.

What if I need first aid at the Forum?

See our team at reception. We are fortunate enough to have a Nurse/Paramedic on staff who will be happy to assist.

What is the dress code?

Smart business casual for the forum.

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the Forum?

The current Queensland Government requirement is that you must be double vaccinated for entry into a hospitality venue.  All attendees must download the Queensland Check in App, check in to the venue and provide proof of a “green” tick for entry.

Transportation Questions

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from Cloudland in Brisbane?

Parking and vehicles
Located at 641 Ann St, Fortitude Valley, just 5 minutes from the centre of Brisbane CBD. Discounted parking rates are available from Secure Carpark in China Town (50 metres from Cloudland).

Transport - by train

The nearest train stop to Cloudland is Fortitude Valley Train Station, which is a 4 minute walk (300 metres) via Brunswick Street or 6 minute walk (450 metres) via Chinatown.

You can use the Airtrain for transport between the domestic airport and the Fortitude Valley Train Station. We will be arranging some discount tickets soon and will add the discount code here.

Transport - by foot

Cloudland is located near the corner of Ann and Brunswick Street in Fortitude Valley, only 30 metres from Brunswick Street Mall and Chinatown. Keep an eye out for the giant illuminated rings and glass waterfall at the front!

Transport - by bus

The closest bus stops to Cloudland are the 210 at Brunswick Street near Ann Street (50 metres), the 207 at Brunswick Street near McLachlan Street (70 metres) and the 216 at Ann Street at Valley Island (80 metres).
