Kerry’s social impact leadership spans 25 years.  Her purpose is to evolve the way social change happens in Australia for the benefit of children and young people.

In pursuit of this purpose, Kerry spent many years learning how systems can be shifted and transformed. These learnings were gained through the leadership and governance roles she has held in:

·        advocacy as a children’s lawyer with Aboriginal Legal Services and founding solicitor of Australia’s first Youth Drug & Alcohol Court.

·        national non-profit organisations as CEO Inspire Foundation and COO of Good Beginnings Australia.

·        corporate social responsibility with Westpac Bank.

·        teaching with the Centre for Social Impact and many systems leadership development programs

·        policy development through the Australian Social Inclusion Board and NSW Treasurer’s Advisory Body.

·        movement making as a catalytic actor within Australia’s movements for collective impact and Aboriginal-led justice reinvestment.

Kerry’s yearning for more equitable and just systems culminated in her co-founding Collaboration for Impact in 2014. Collaboration for Impact is a non-profit intermediary and Australia’s leading organisation for enabling people to tackle complex problems through systems change and collaboration.

Currently, Kerry is a Director of Collaboration for Impact; founder and Executive Director of the Youth Accountability Project - an initiative seeking to make society more accountable to young people; and a Senior Associate with global systems change non-profit, the Collective Change Lab. She holds qualifications in public policy, law, social work, and community management.  She describes herself as an immigrant, a mother, an ally, and a life-long learner.
